Customer Support Executive (Client Place – Delhi)


Customer support executive (CCE):

  1. Female candidate with soft communication skills
  2. Good English speaking and listening skills
  3. Trainable (3 day’s training will be provided before giving charge).

Key responsibilities:

  1. Have to handle complete customer support of on Phone mostly;
  2. On call/ WhatsApp/ Chatbot/ Email
  3. CCE will be a Bridge between customers and other teams;

Major role is to covert inquiries into sales,
and to give after sales support to customers to make then regular buyer as customer support plays most important part in closing sales and letting customers know how professional a company is.

So, CCE has to be sincere towards work as most of the time window for sales will be 1 minute, so Responsiveness is utmost requirement other than communication skills.

Office location at: Connaught Place, New Delhi.
(10:30 AM to 6:30 PM): Monday – Saturday
