Customer Success Officer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the client and the creative team making sure the smooth flow of projects, specially Branding & amp; Videos.

• Being the One Point POC for clients and handle their issues smoothly.

• Delegating the projects to the Team.

• Should have exposure in handling creative clients.• Following up and making sure projects run smoothly.

Requirement:

• Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

• Should have good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage time, projects and sales efficiently and be detail oriented

• Proficient in strategic planning and have a strong understanding of a company’s services so they can explain clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills. In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask

• Proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs
