We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack JavaScript. You will be responsible fordesigning,developing,andmaintainingwebapplicationsusingJavaScripttechnologies,aswellas providing guidance and transfer knowledge to junior developers through training sessionsandmentorship.

Responsibilities:

1. FullStackDevelopment:

• CollaboratewiththedevelopmentteamtodesignandimplementfullstacksolutionsusingJavaScriptframeworks andlibraries(suchasNode.js,React,Angular,orVue.js).
• Developandmaintainbothfrontendandbackendcomponentsofwebapplications,ensuringhighperformanceandscalability.
• ImplementRESTfulAPIsandintegratethemwithfrontendcomponentstoenableseamlessdataflow.
• Optimizeapplicationperformanceandtroubleshootissuesincollaborationwiththeteam.
• Ensurethesecurityandintegrityofwebapplicationsandimplementappropriatedataprotectionmeasures.

• TrainingandMentorship:

• ConducttrainingsessionsandworkshopstoeducatejuniordevelopersonJavaScriptdevelopmentprinciples,bestpractices,andcodingstandards.
• Provideguidanceandsupporttojuniordevelopers,reviewingtheircodeandofferingconstructivefeedback.
• Mentorandguidejuniordevelopersinproblem-solving,debugging,andoverallsoftwaredevelopmentskills.
• Stayup-to-date withthelatesttrendsandadvancementsinJavaScriptand sharethisknowledgewiththeteamthroughregularlearningsessions.

• ProjectManagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, andestimatetimelinesfordevelopmenttasks.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives.
• Monitorandtrackprojectprogress,ensuringtimelydeliveryofhigh-qualitysolutions.
• Contributetothecontinuousimprovementofdevelopmentprocessesandpractices.

Requirements:

1. ProfessionalExperience:

• Proven3-5 yearsofworkexperienceasaFullStackJavaScriptDeveloper,proficient inmodernJavaScriptframeworksandlibraries.
• Strongunderstandingofwebdevelopmentprinciples,RESTfulAPIs,anddatabasesystems.
• Experienceindesigninganddevelopingscalable,secure,andefficientwebapplicationsusingJavaScripttechnologies.
• FamiliaritywithfrontendtechnologiessuchasHTML,CSS,andresponsivedesign isessential.

• TrainingandMentorshipSkills:

• Abilitytoeffectivelycommunicatecomplextechnicalconceptsinaclearandconcisemanner.
• Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillstotrainandmentorjuniordevelopers.
