Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creatingandmanagingtheservicedeliveryprocessacrossallrelevantcourses.
• Handlingcommunicationchannelswithlearnersfor batches,solvingconcernsandqueries.
• Takingfeedback fromlearners andsharingthesamewiththe SeniorManagers.
• EscalatinganyconcernstotheAcademicteamHeadandVPofOperations& ServiceDelivery
• Monitoringthecoursecompletionstatusofevery learner acrossall batches.
• Reportanydiscrepancies to theAcademicteam HeadandVPof Operations&ServiceDelivery.
• Createbatchcompletionstatusreport,[Weekly/Monthly]andshare itwiththestakeholders.
• Creatingandreportingbatch-wisestudentperformancescorecards.[Daily/Weekly/Monthly]
• Monitorattendanceoflearners indifferentbatchesandreportdiscrepanciesorconcerns.
• Prepare placement eligibility reports of prospective students and share them with theplacementteam.
• Ensure that the eligible students undergo the interview readiness sessions and attend theinterviews as andwhen arranged by theplacementteam.
• Haveacompleteunderstandingoftheprogram,rules,policies,andfinanceoptions.
• Utilize productandprocessknowledgetosupportstudentsatallrequiredtimes.

• Coordinate with the placement team and arrange for testimonials, reviews, etc. therebysupportingthemarketingteamin publishingsuchcollaterals.
• CreateandissueAdmissionLetters& Agreements,andCertificatestosharethemwithstudents.
• Planandorganize periodicalcalendar-basedStudentengagementactivities.
• Provideend-to-endsupporttotheSalesteam[B2C&B2B]- Onfieldandoff-fieldrequirements.
• Ensure that student admission formalities and documentation are completed as per processrequirements.
• Connect with all cross-functional teams to ensure that the Codinius programs run successfully atalltimes.

• Graduateinanystream
• Technicalknowledgeorexposure inIT/ ComputerSciencewillbe anadvantage
