Responsibilities:

1. BackendDevelopment:

   1. Writeclean,efficient,andmaintainablecodethat adherestoindustry bestpractices.
   1. DevelopAPIsandintegratethemwithfrontendcomponentstoensureseamlessdataflow.
   1. OptimizeapplicationperformanceandtroubleshootissuesincollaborationwiththefrontendandDevOpsteams.
   1. Ensuresecurityanddataprotectionmeasuresareimplementedinbackendsystems.
2. TrainingandMentorship:
   1. Conducttrainingsessionsandworkshopsto educatejuniordevelopersonPythonandDjangodevelopmentprinciples,bestpractices, andcodingstandards.
   1. Provide guidance and support to junior developers, reviewing their code and providingconstructivefeedback.
   1. Mentor and guide junior developers in problem-solving, debugging, and overall softwaredevelopmentskills.
   1. StayupdatedwiththelatesttrendsandadvancementsinPythonandDjango,andsharethisknowledgewiththeteamthroughregularlearningsessions.
3. ProjectManagement:
   1. Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstogatherrequirements,defineprojectscopes,andestimatetimelinesforbackenddevelopmenttasks.
   1. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives.
   1. Monitorandtrackprojectprogress,ensuringtimelydeliveryofhigh-qualitybackendsolutions.
   1. Contributetothecontinuousimprovementofdevelopmentprocessesand practices.

Requirements:

1. ProfessionalExperience:
   1. Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Python andDjango.

   1. Experienceindesigninganddevelopingscalable,secure,andefficientwebapplications.
   1. FamiliaritywithfrontendtechnologiessuchasHTML,CSS,andJavaScriptisaplus.
2. TrainingandMentorshipSkills:
   1. Abilitytoexplaincomplextechnicalconceptsinaclearandconcisemanner.
   1. Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillstoeffectivelytrainandmentorjuniordevelopers.
