About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, client handling, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and industry databases
  • Assist in reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Support in pitching services/products to potential clients
  • Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects
  • Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client requirements
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email writing
  • Ability to handle calls confidently
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
