Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet customers in the field, and drive sales growth. The role involves regular field visits, relationship building, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Visit prospective customers to promote company products/services
  • Generate new leads through field activities and references
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
  • Close sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights
  • Maintain daily visit and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Ensure timely payment collection, if applicable
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
  • Previous experience in field sales or direct marketing
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
