Sales Executive(Lead)

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals for both Inside Sales and Field Sales roles across multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and a strong passion for client acquisition, relationship management, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inside sales activities including lead follow-ups, cold calling, client coordination, and deal closures
  • Manage field sales activities such as client meetings, site visits, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Hybrid Sales roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel for field sales activities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Graduation preferred (any discipline)
