Sales Executive(Lead)
Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals for both Inside Sales and Field Sales roles across multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and a strong passion for client acquisition, relationship management, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales activities including lead follow-ups, cold calling, client coordination, and deal closures
- Manage field sales activities such as client meetings, site visits, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Hybrid Sales roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Graduation preferred (any discipline)
